Service Description

Enjoy a relaxing session with our cats and discover their personalities. Perfect for cat lovers, our sessions allow you to play, cuddle, and unwind with our adorable feline friends. Open Monday through Sunday 10:00AM - 5:00PM with reservations beginning at the start of every hour (last reservation at 4:00 pm). We recommend that you please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled reservation time so you have ample time to get checked in. Cost is $200 per person. Although walk ins are welcome, reservations are given priority. In order to avoid waiting, and to ensure a spot in the cuddling action, we kindly recommend that you reserve at least 24 hours in advance. Please call 415-531-8955 (do not email) if you are running late or can not attend your scheduled reservation. If you arrive late for your reservation, and we are booked for the following hour, you will be asked to leave at the top of the hour in order to ensure that everyone is accommodated at their designated time. We only hold late reservations for 10 minutes past their scheduled reservation time before opening the reservation up to walk ins. It is at the discretion of the 9 Lives Cafe staff to determine the correct balance of people and cats in the room. We do encourage parents to review the rules of the cat play area with their children before visiting. ANY patron not adhering to the rules will be asked to leave. Also, our cats and kittens are a bit more active in the morning hours and a bit sleepier in the afternoon hours. If you're looking for "action" you may want to choose a morning appointment and if you are just looking for some relaxation, an afternoon appointment. Also, weekends tend to be a lot busier than weekdays, so if at all possible, we recommend visiting us Monday-Thursday to ensure more kitty one on one time! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE DATE THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED FOR YOUR RESERVATION. OUR SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW SAME DAY RESERVATIONS; THEREFORE, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CHECK THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED THE CORRECT DATE!
